We use a special breading for our fried foods which contains no flour…just cornmeal. And…sorry, we cannot give you the recipe…Chef Vincent would come after us with a cleaver! Our fried catfish will melt in your mouth and almost everyone loves fried shrimp and oysters done the Chef Vincent way.
